William A.
Churchill joined his father and brother in practice in 1977 upon
graduation from law school. Bill’s primary practice areas
include real estate transactions, business transactions, and estate
planning. Bill has been the managing partner of the Chicago area law
firm of Churchill, Quinn, Richtman & Hamilton, Ltd. for over twenty years.
In his many
years of practice Bill has orchestrated numerous complex commercial
real estate transactions. A life-long resident of Grayslake Illinois, Bill
has been actively involved in civic organizations in and around
Grayslake for years. In that time Bill has served on school committees,
church committees, and church council. He has taken time to coach
numerous youth sports teams and is chairman of the Grayslake Police
Commission. Bill has also served on the Board of Directors of the
State Bank of the Lakes.
