Van Donselaar:
Mark joined
the firm in 2005 upon graduating from Valparaiso University School
of Law where he was a member of the Tax Clinic and represented
low-income clients in federal and state income tax controversies.
While in
law school, Mark focused his studies on commercial law, business
and corporate law, and taxation. Mark's areas of practice include
all aspects of civil litigation, including representing local
businesses and individuals in collection matters, landlord and
tenant matters, and various commercial and business law matters.
Mark is admitted
to practice in Illinois and the District Court for the Northern
District of Illinois. Mark is a member of the Lake County Bar
Association and the Illinois Bar Association.
