Firm History:

From its humble beginnings of servicing the residents of a small town in farm country, the firm has grown to where it now serves clients throughout Illinois and the Midwest.

Attorney Oliver Churchill migrated to Lake County Illinois after serving in the Civil War in Company C of the Eleventh Regiment Vermont Volunteers. In 1903, his son R.W. Churchill founded the law firm on the corner of Center and Whitney Streets in downtown Grayslake. R.W.’s son and grandchildren have carried on the lawyer family tradition to this day.
